How long does shipping take?
Normally if it is on our website, we hold the stock and will ship within a few business days.
Can I pick up the item from Coomera?
Yes, please select pickup from the shipping options, and we will contact you and arrange a time to pick it up.
Can I get gift wrap and send it to a friend as a gift?
You sure can, just select the gift wrapping option at checkout, put the message in the comments section and use your friends address as the shipping address and we will do the rest.
Can we get custom laser printing on the giant tumbling blocks?
Yes you can, just remember it is a time consuming task so it will delay shipping for a couple of days and will add around $100 to the order, but it does make for a fabulous and unique gift.
Are your kids toys non toxic?
Yes, for all children’s toys we purchase in Australia from suppliers that are certified as safe.
